This Versatile Buddy is so adaptable it adds to our wonderful line of heating/cold packs by giving you the option to treat so many places on the body effectively – arms, legs, neck, feet, shoulders, back, front – the whole shebang. It’s extra-soft so it feels comforting and the handles make it so easy to wrap, hold, position and apply pressure. All our wraps can be used for heat therapy, moist heat therapy and cold therapy. Heat therapy increases blood circulation, accelerating healing, relaxing muscles, increasing joint mobility and flexibility.

Heating Instructions

• For Heat Therapy: Heat in microwave for 75 seconds. Add increments of 15 seconds if necessary.
• Reheating the product in the same session should be done after 10 minutes minimum.
• Heating times are based on a 1000-Watt microwave. Do Not Overheat!
• Heat therapy duration: 15-25 minutes

• For Cold Therapy: Chill product in freezer in a tightly sealed plastic zip lock bag for at least two hours.
• Cold therapy duration: 5-10 minutes
