SIZES:

Medium: For most individuals (hip measurement of less that 45")

Medium w/belt: For non swimmers and for exercises where the feet come to the surface of the water

Large: For larger individuals (hip measurement of 45" or more - measure at hip bone height)

Large w/belt: For larger individuals (hip measurement of 45" or more - measure at hip bone height) For non swimmers and for exercises where the feet come to the surface of the water

·  Size M fits 90% of all individuals - if your hip measurement (over hip bones) is less than 45, this is the Water Horse for you (holds participants, 80-400 lb. in neck deep water). If your hip measurement exceeds 45 inches you should choose the Large size Water Horse.
