How to inflate?

• A. Leave the ball at room temperature for a few hours;
• B. Connect foot pump to the ball's air valve;
• C. Inflate the ball to about 80% of recommended size. Let it sit for a few hours, then inflate it to the recommended size;
• D. Insert the plug completely;

Note: Foot pump, plug and plug removing fork, a measuring tape are all included in the package.
